About This project

The Regional Refugee and Resilience Plan (Syria 3RP) is a strategic coordination, planning, advocacy, fundraising, and programming platform for humanitarian and development partners responding to the Syria crisis. It comprises one regional plan and four standalone country chapters covering Türkiye, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt (with Iraq formerly included).

This portfolio item highlights my contributions to the core coordination and reporting functions of the 3RP at the regional level.
Working across agencies and sectors, I play a central role in shaping the strategic messaging, planning architecture, and visibility of the platform. My work spans inter-agency coordination, advocacy, and communications, including the conceptualization and organization of key regional events (such as the annual Regional Planning Workshop and regional side events).

I also lead the design and editorial structuring of flagship regional products such as the Regional Strategic Overview, progress reports, and donor-facing materials, ensuring coherence, clarity, and alignment with inter-agency objectives. This includes synthesizing complex inputs from multiple partners, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and producing tailored visual content that supports both operational decision-making and high-level advocacy.

All materials shown are publicly available and remain the property of their respective organizations. I do not claim ownership of the content or data; this item serves to document my contribution to the coordination, reporting, and presentation of key regional outputs under the 3RP.
