About this project

The IM Toolbox was developed to support UN-OCHA’s Information Management / Field Information Support (FIS) unit, guiding users through essential IM-related tasks and providing resources for effective humanitarian response coordination. The toolbox offers streamlined workflows, templates, and best practices to enhance data management in complex emergency settings.

As part of the broader IM toolkit, I designed a poster and infographic highlighting the role of Common Operational Datasets (CODs), a critical component for ensuring that humanitarian actors use consistent and accurate baseline data. The poster visually communicates the importance of CODs in planning and coordination, showcasing their global application across emergency contexts.

Additionally, I created the official COD logo, which remains in use today, helping to visually anchor COD resources within the wider humanitarian data ecosystem.
